As many people are aware, just before Christmas our Gas Contractor, Carl retired. As such, we have made the decision to hire Smith & Byford Ltd as our new contractor, they arrive with a great reputation across London and we are excited to work with them.
Residents should contact them directly whenever there is a problem with the individual heating system for their homes. They operate both in and out of hours, (24/7) 365 days a year.

New Energy Advice service for residents in Lambeth
SHINE (Seasons Health Interventions Network) is a scheme managed by the London Borough of Isllington which offers home energy/fuel poverty advice and associated services to residents of London. The objectives of SHINE are:-
To provide a single point of referral for home energy and fuel poverty advice for residents of London boroughs.
To provide a holistic service to vulnerable residents and direct assistance to those in greatest need.
To assist the preventative health care, seasonal health and affordable warmth agendas in London.
Lambeth Borough Council is entering into a partnership agreement with Islington Borough Council in order to allow Lambeth residents to gain access to the benefits of the SHINE scheme.
