  • Erecting estate notice boards
  • Developing our own website
  • Developing a localised resident's handbook
  • Providing information in various formats on request
  • Providing a translation service from reception
  • Developing an estate specific compact
  • Developing focus groups
  • Producing newsletters
  • Creating a list of residents requiring aids and adaptations to ensure they can live at home more easily.
